Now, I want to share with you about healthy diet. I know some of you don't know how to care it. sometimes, somebody look thin but not health their bodies..he3.. At below have a schedule. If you don't try you don't know. And for the balance your body you can also exercise, jogging in Tasik Kejut and so on you can do it..don't eat much..he3


4.00AM -12.00 NOON

DETOXIFICATION PHASE (CLEANSING TIME)

BREAKFAST

o Breakfast is to be taken within half an hour from moment of waking up to stabilize blood sugar level and reducing sugar craving

o If breakfast is taken more than 2 hours after waking up, metabolic rate will drop at least 5%

Suggested Meal

o Yogurt + kiwi + apple

o 2 x wholemeal bread + peanut butter/egg + plain Milo

12.00 NOON – 8.00 PM

DIGESTION PHASE (TIME TO EAT)

LUNCH

o Interval between meals must be 5 hours but not more than 6 hours

o If meal interval is more than 6 hours, snacks should be taken in between

Suggested Meal:

o ½ bowl of rice

o

Steam/boiled/stir-fry/grill/bake

1 bowl of vegetables

o Tauhu/eggs

o Chicken/fish

DINNER

o Dinner is best taken in between 5.30pm – 6.30pm where digestion is still good

o After 7.00pm no carbohydrate should be taken

Suggested Meal:

o ¼ bowl of rice

o

Steam/boiled/stir-fry/grill/bake

1 bowl of vegetables

o Tauhu/ eggs

o Chicken/fish

SNACK

o Snacks can be taken 3 hours after main meal if the next main meal is more than 6 hours


Suggestion Meal

o 1 apple

o 2 digestive biscuit

o Plain Milo

o Yogurt

8.00PM - 4.00AM

ABSORPTION PHASE ( RESTING TIME)


o After 8.00pm, no solid food should be taken, only liquid food such as Milo, milk, etc can be taken if hungry

o No more drinking after 10.00 pm : the body will store the water thus resulting in bloating, edema, puff eyes, face and eye bags the nest morning
