first, all of us know "something" that can make our system broken is virus. A computer virus is a computer program that can copy itself and infect a computer without the permision or knowledge of the owner.
type of virus :
- Malware (from the words malicious and software) is software designed to infiltrate or damage a computer system without the owner's informed consent.
- Adaware. Adaware or advertising-supported software is any software package which automatically plays, displays or download advertisments to a computer after the software is installed on it or while the application is being used. Some types of adaware are also spyware and can be classified as privacy-invasive software.
- Spyware. Spyware is a type of malware that is installed surreptitiously on personal computers to collect information about users, their computer or browsing habits without their informed consent.
The Second is worm. A computer worm is a self-replicating computer program. it usually uses a network to send copies of itself to other nodes (another computer on the network) and it may do so without any user intervention. "Worm" can make your PC slow.
Unlike a virus, it doesn't need to attach itself to an existing program. Worm almost always cause at least some harm to the network, if only by consuming bandwith, whereas viruses almost always corrupt or devour files on a targeted computer.
A Trojan horse, or Trojan is a term used to describe malware thar appears, to the user, to perform a desirable function but, in fact, facilitie anauthorized access to the user's computer system.

I'am using anti Beat Defender anti virus. until now i'm very satisfy with it.I pay for it RM 35 for a year. Its batter than use downloaded anti virus.
